We are a private, non-profit resource development agency.  Our mission is to increase the quality of accessible, affordable and developmentally appropriate child care in Southeastern Kentucky.  We believe that only through developing an adequate child care infrastructure in our communities can those same communities grow economically and socially.  We are dedicated to the creation of child care that is so essential to the development of our communities, human resources, and the hopes of our children for a better future.
