EKCCC News

AWARD FOR EKCCC:
EKCCC was recently awarded a monetary gift from the Southern Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation (RECC).   The “Peoples Fund”  allows  customers to round up utility bills to the nearest dollar to raise money in support of community efforts in Clay, Lincoln, Rockcastle, Laurel, Pulaski, Adair, Russell, Cumberland, Clinton, Wayne and McCreary counties. This year there were 11 awards of varying amounts. We are grateful to RECC for the chance to add back to our training program  more options for professional development over the summer and into the fall with this new resource.  If you live in one of the counties listed consider rounding up your bill to enable us and all the agencies requesting funding to be supported by the “PEOPLES FUND”
THANK YOU RECC!
