EKCCC is one of nine Resource and Referral Agencies in Kentucky.  We serve the Lake Cumberland, Big Sandy, Kentucky River and Cumberland Valley Area Development Districts. Through this program, we offer several free services, including technical assistance to communities or individuals involved with starting or maintaining child care programs, resource libraries for parents and child care providers, and child care referrals for parents.

The other eight agencies are as follows:
